The decision to create this institution arose from a dedication to providing accessible, high-quality education. I observed the gaps in the educational system and aimed to bridge these disparities. By offering courses ranging from IGCSE to postgraduate levels, the objective was to create a versatile and inclusive platform that could accommodate a wide array of students, regardless of their academic standing or background.

The online nature of the institution was a deliberate choice to make education more accessible and convenient for learners, especially in a rapidly digitising world. The plan to expand to a physical campus in the future aligns with the goal of further enhancing the educational experience and providing a comprehensive learning environment that fosters academic growth and personal development.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of Thurrock Training Consultancy (TTC), our primary mission is to bridge the gap between students from diverse corners of the world and the prestigious colleges and universities in the UK. Serving as global representatives, we've been privileged to connect with both domestic and international students, effectively guiding and attracting them to these esteemed academic institutions.

Our vision extends beyond mere recruitment. We aim to develop and expand global platforms, breaking boundaries and creating opportunities that transcend geographical borders. With a commitment to being a beacon of hope and knowledge, our goal is to make education accessible worldwide. Not only that we provide guidance with applications, forms, accommodation, and navigating the complexities of student finance.

Furthermore, our commitment extends to providing essential emotional support, recognizing the challenges individuals may face in pursuing higher education abroad. Additionally, we offer assistance in securing work visas, enabling a well-rounded support system for our clients.

Bibi Rahima School

In 2014, during a trip to Afghanistan, the stark realities of poverty and illiteracy in the village of Velayati, particularly in Kabul city, deeply resonated with me. Witnessing these challenging conditions inspired the creation of the 'Bibi Rahima' school, in collaboration with my sisters Nazifa, drawing from a family legacy of women educators and healthcare professionals. This institution was dedicated to the memory of our grandmother, Bibi Rahima, a remarkable and industrious woman who ardently supported education and had expressed her wish for a school in her name.

The school aimed to provide education for girls, encompassing kindergarten and vocational sewing courses in various parts of Kabul. It received warm reception from the local community until the closure of educational institutions during the Taliban government's regime. Despite these formidable obstacles, I remained committed, independently continuing the educational mission without external support or reference.

The resilient spirit of my great-grandmother, a nurse at Wazir Akbar Khan's hospital in Kabul, who embodied bravery and fortitude, continues to inspire my unwavering determination. To persist in the face of adversity, I am currently engaged in a new project called 'Naz Global' to ensure the continuity of educational efforts. This journey has been marked by numerous challenges, yet it fuels my steadfast commitment to advancing educational initiatives.

As an online tutor at ScubeSpace, I've had the privilege of instructing and mentoring young minds between the ages of 10 and 18 in a wide array of subjects. My role involves providing comprehensive guidance and education across diverse academic areas.

Within this dynamic role, I've engaged with students, delivering structured lessons, offering academic support, and fostering a conducive learning environment for their growth and development. The experience has allowed me to contribute to the academic journey of these young learners, ensuring their comprehension and mastery of various subjects.

As the founder of a non-profit organization dedicated to women's welfare, my team and I embarked on a mission to uplift underprivileged women. Our efforts encompassed providing essential support such as shelter, food, and education. Additionally, we were committed to educating women on their rights and empowering them through motivational initiatives.

The organization aimed to address the multifaceted challenges faced by disadvantaged women, offering not just immediate aid but also a platform for education and empowerment. Through this initiative, we sought to create a supportive and nurturing environment that not only met their basic needs but also equipped them with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for their rights and achieve self-sufficiency.

As an Artificial Intelligence Farsi Writer at Tech Mahindra, I was recruited and selected to join their pioneering project in creating AI-based chat systems similar to GPT. My role was crucial in providing Farsi language expertise to translate texts, refine AI-generated content, and assist in developing the AI's language capabilities.

I played a pivotal role in ensuring accurate translations, refining AI-generated text, and contributing to the development of the AI's Farsi language proficiency. This position allowed me to leverage my linguistic skills to shape and enhance the AI's capabilities in understanding and producing content in Farsi.

Amozesh Parwaresh

I previously dedicated time to creating educational content on a YouTube platform. My channel focused on discussing various facets of child upbringing, encompassing their psychology, educational needs, mannerisms and addressing prevalent issues. I particularly provided insights and solutions in Dari, with English subtitles, ensuring accessibility to a wider audience.

While my platform was steadily growing and gaining traction, regrettably, I had to discontinue it due to the increasing weight of responsibilities and the launch of new business ventures. Though the channel is no longer active, the experience of sharing valuable knowledge and solutions remains a significant part of my commitment to educational advocacy.

In 1997, during a visit to my Iranian family, I recognized the dire situation faced by Afghan immigrants who were barred from accessing education in Iran, leading to a congregation of uneducated individuals in the streets. Faced with this challenge, I took the initiative to establish a private school to address this educational gap. This school aimed to provide educational opportunities to Afghan immigrant children in Iran, focusing on cities like Wamin, Qom, and Zand.

Efficiently navigating bureaucratic hurdles, I facilitated the enrolment of a significant number of students into this private institution, ensuring swift access to formal education. This concerted effort persisted until 2020, where the focus remained on ameliorating the social and educational challenges faced by Afghan immigrants in Iran. The primary goal of this project was to enhance their educational opportunities and living conditions, thereby positively impacting their lives within the Iranian society.

As an assistant teacher at Stifford Clays Primary School, I contributed significantly to the educational journey of young learners, including those with special needs. Collaborating closely with the lead teacher, I played a pivotal role by not only providing support in classroom activities and aiding in lesson preparation but also offering specialized assistance for children with diverse learning requirements.

My responsibilities involved actively engaging with and supporting all students, tailoring educational methods to accommodate the unique needs of those requiring special attention. This invaluable experience not only deepened my understanding of classroom dynamics but also equipped me with the skills to effectively engage with and support special needs children, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

As the founder and head teacher of a tuition center, I orchestrated a team of educators focused on providing comprehensive support to children aged 4-16. Our center aimed to supplement school education by offering additional assistance and guidance in various subjects, alongside conducting Islamic Studies.

My role involved not only administrative duties but also active teaching, ensuring that our students received holistic educational support. Collaborating with a team of teachers, we tailored our educational programs to meet the diverse academic needs of our students, providing them with a well-rounded education that encompassed both conventional subjects and supplementary Islamic Studies

Originally from Afghanistan and arriving in the UK in 2000, my journey has been devoted to empowering women and supporting Afghan communities. Amidst raising three children, I ventured into establishing various businesses and organisations alongside my partner. While many faced challenges, a few persevered, leading me to the role of CEO and Co-Founder at Thurrock Training Consultancy (TTC).

At TTC, our mission is to facilitate the entry of individuals from diverse backgrounds into esteemed universities. We provide comprehensive support in navigating applications, securing accommodations, managing student finances, and offering crucial emotional support. Additionally, our online school, Naz Global offers a wide spectrum of courses, ranging from short programs to postgraduate studies.

Beyond these ventures, I've spearheaded non-profit organisations aimed at aiding women in need, advocating for their rights, and amplifying awareness on their behalf. Simultaneously, I stand in support of the Afghan nation, channelling resources and support to aid its cause. My efforts in this domain have been recognized through an official delegation by UN Women, empowering me to further raise awareness for these critical causes.
