- Served as key Finance counterpart to SVP of CPD on matters relating to financial performance, new business development including analysis of Joint Venture candidate, and pricing recommendations

Senior Manager- Merchandising Finance/Strategy

-Reduced slow moving inventory by $50M annually through analysis, policy recommendations, and collaboration with the merchandising, operations, accounting, and finance teams
-Analyzed $1B of inventory with recommendations on improving inventory turns and payment terms. Findings presented to Executive Team 
-Initiated cross-channel effort to develop a systemic life cycle management process for $250M of inventory in both the online and contract sales divisions, which optimized use of warehouse space and reduced inventory write-offs by $10M. 
-Youngest person to be promoted to Senior Manager in Finance or Supply Chain divisions. Given post-MBA level responsibilities

Senior Manager- Inventory/Supply Chain Finance

-Led initiative to solve twenty-year-old issue regarding lack of clarity around reporting for thousands of store and field associates by leading several process and reporting changes. Convinced management team and C-suite to adopt change, resulting in annual savings of $1M
-Provided key analysis used to evaluate the incorporation of USPS services in all Office Depot locations
-Presented various analysis to company leadership team and C-suite on quarterly basis
-Developed Strategic Plan and financial KPIs for $300M CPD business, which was approved by the Board

Manager- Copy & Print Depot Finance

-Developed and presented monthly analytics and recommendations on store opening strategy to Executive Leadership for over 400 new stores, relocations, and renewals. Created financial model that allowed company to evaluate 50 sites simultaneously for acquisition bids, reducing turn-around time by 100 hours
-Initiated several changes to financial pro-forma model, resulting in annual time-savings of 2000 hours and enhanced modeling capabilities. Awarded Office Depot Global Innovation Award Finalist and received cash prize
