Having run successful businesses for a decade together, from Construction to Technology and the Arts. The mother and daughter duo bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization, providing a unique perspective and approach to problem-solving. Shore Could Help 

Starting with little more than determination, we launched our first business, Shore Cleaning, and achieved remarkable success. We completed nearly 50 post-build cleaning projects for major Perth construction companies, including police stations, suburb redevelopments, schools, and hospitals.

At its peak, Shore Cleaning managed up to 15 employees and required us to develop innovative strategies to enhance efficiency while navigating complex on-site behavior issues. 

During this period, we experienced rapid growth and fostered a remarkable work culture, which provided Molly, then 23, with invaluable insights into the business world. Kate’s extensive knowledge and experience were instrumental in broadening our perspectives and imparting crucial lessons from the process of curating, building, and managing a thriving business.

During my tenure at Credit Suisse in London, Kate served as a SWIFT Operator, a pivotal role within the private banking division. In this role, I navigated the complexities of private banking, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. I facilitated seamless cross-border transactions, streamlined communication between global financial institutions, and upheld the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
