I am a veteran of over 20 years' experience in different capacities from the Military, was a part of the Exploration team in Shell Brunei, An Account Manager for SLB/Schlumberger, Sales Manager for Bollore Logistics Brunei, consulting in a Technical Director/Advisory role for a Bruneian Marine Services Company, to a Principal Consultant for Business Development/Sales for Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability with ERM. I previously and recently lead the Technical Support Division of Brunei's Serikandi Group, managing Logistics, Planning and Control Tower of Personnel Movement, Scheduling, Materials, Business Improvement and Base Operations across 4 locations. As a Sales Manager with Bollore Logistics, I went from an Oil and Gas perspective to a full overview of Global Logistics operations. This included both Sales and Business Development of Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Transport management to Supply Base Management and Warehousing Operations for key client accounts- Shell, Total, Petronas Baker Hughes, Cameron and Haliburton. With Schlumberger I had accountability as a both Segment Lead and Account Manager of the Digital, Software, Realtime-Data, Consulting Segment in Brunei and reporting to the Region Sales and Marketing Manager in Kuala Lumpur. I was managing both both Technical - Software, Applications Support to Business Support for Finance, Revenue, Contracts management, Commercial and Sales related to managing the business in Brunei remotely with support from the Technical, Contracts, Legal, Tax and Finance teams Regionally. Initial Career Developement was in the Brunei Shell Petroleum Exploration Department where I had roles in Regional Studies team, Prospect Evaluation , Portfolio and Planning. Became a seasoned Operations Geology specialist managing both operations and logistics for onshore and offshore for Exploration Wells Operations (Drilling/Data Aquisition/Sample Aquisition-Core). Secondary role as appointed Field Guide managing Geological Fieldtrips for Exploration/Subsurface Development teams. As the Exploration IT Manager/Focal Point I handled all Software management to hardware requirements for a Subsurface Exploration team. Handled a portfolio of subsurface applications together with Subsurface applications support teams. Also a Focal point of Collaborations Technology, Records/Data management. Was a Deputy HSE Focal Point/Advisor responsible for all HSSE matters, HSSE training coordinator & ISO14001 focal point. Maintained a high HSE ethics and standards as throughout my whole career.
