Dr. Faith is a man on a mission from God to democratize empowerment opportunities for youths and to expand God's Kingdom on Earth by preaching Christ. He is a seasoned economist with interest in Labour Econs, Economics of Education and Development Economics.  He has worked with Int'l organizations prior to founding Youthup Global, including Marleq, as the Country Manager and later the Head of Content, IS-3 and IM2D, USA as the Int'l Business Dev. Director. He had experience of job hunting for 6 years before securing a decent job with Union Bank PLC, an experience that became a foundational reason why he started Youthup Global after completing his postgraduate research. Youthup Global is a youth-based social enterprise in Africa  involved in human capital development towards addressing youth unemployment in developing countries focusing on education and entrepreneurship. In 2022, after the launch of Youthup Innovate Africa 1.0 in Lagos, he founded Utidia to help democratize access to hands-on experience through apprenticeship, internship and mentorship programs alongside Utidia Apprenticeship Institute which is focused on fostering experiential learning through apprenticeships with a goal of raising 1 Million Apprentices by 2030. Dr. Faith has taught in both College and Higher Education Level with research interest in Labour Econs, Economics of Edu and Dev. Economics. He is the Lead Faculty at UAI, teaching Digital Transformation & Future of Work, The Future of Education, Social Selling, Personal Branding & Social Networking Skills. He is a global speaker, always available to add his voice once it aligns with his mission. He is an Ambassador with the Commonwealth Entrepreneurs Club CEC-SMEs Economic Forum London (CEC 2030 Vision). He is also a researcher with the ILO and UN focusing on Future of Work and Decent Work as well as an advocate with the World Bank on Human Capital Project.  He assists fresh graduates and professionals who are transitioning to make the right choices in choosing their career path.  He mentors young aspiring social entreprenuers to launch and lead successful social enterprises. Dr. Faith is a notable author with three books to his credit including; The Nigerian School System, Doubts and Realities, 3Cs of Social Networking. He is currently working on a new book.  He is a strong advocate of the Agenda 2063 of the AU towards achieving the Africa we want through YOUTHCONOMICS.   He sits on various boards of ventures that align with his mission. Dr. Faith is a Pastor and married with three amazing children.
