And here’s the quick reason why I did that: Your average attention span today is around 8s-10s. (Which is less than a goldfish’s 9s) Back in the day, attention spans lasted 12-15 minutes. That’s why old-school storytelling relied on long setups. But today? 💙From startups to unicorns 💙From TED Talks to iPhone launches 💙From political speeches to viral tweets Everyone starts with an attention grabber. And only then do they build their narrative. Because impact isn’t about what you say— It’s about how you make them listen. Does that first line above make me a Joker. No. (Rather, It made you read this far, didn’t it?) And no, attention-grabbing alone isn’t enough. Because your personal brand isn’t just about visibility. It’s about positioning. It’s about authority. It’s about creating demand. Yet, I see founders, CXOs, and coaches settle for way less on LinkedIn. ❌ Some don’t post at all. ❌ Others post randomly—leading to zero demand, zero authority.
