He stabilized rate volatility, diversified the intermodal network, and developed a three-year strategy to phase out the private fleet, implementing dedicated fleet capacity at seven sites. By converting the private fleet to a third-party model, Ryan generated over $1M in annual savings. He also implemented outsourced transportation management services for a new Canadian distribution center.
