∙ Burnout Prevention and Lifestyle Changes: I help my clients identify signs of burnout and develop strategies for prevention. This often includes making lifestyle changes such as stress management, time management, and setting boundaries to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
∙ Career Counseling: I provide support in career counseling, coaching, and offer career advice to help clients navigate their professional lives.
∙ Health Awareness: I work to raise health awareness among clients, helping them better understand the connection between their physical and psychological well-being.
∙ Self-Awareness: My approach to psychology is deeply rooted in self-discovery. Through introspection and self-exploration I empower my clients to become more self-effective by helping them identify and develop the skills and strategies they need to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
∙ Family and Couples Therapy: I help clients navigate relationship dynamics, address conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds while promoting understanding, empathy, and mutual growth.

In my role as a freelance Organisational Development and HR Consultant, I engage in short to mid-term projects for a diverse client base.

∙ My primary focus areas include acting as an internal consultant and coach to collaborate closely with business leaders, formulating effective organisational development and HR strategies. 
∙ I conduct comprehensive company surveys to evaluate employee satisfaction and the effectiveness of organisational HR processes and tools, utilising the results to define strategic projects that enhance overall company performance. 
∙ I provide comprehensive guidance to leadership teams, managers, and colleagues, offering expertise on a wide range of human resources and people management issues.

As Ustreams first HR Partner my main role was to design and implement the company's human resources functions from the ground up. 
As an HR Partner during the IBM acquisition of Ustream, my role was instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Main responsibilities included:

∙ Building and hiring the Ustream workforce
∙ Designing and implementing HR processes specific to startup needs, encompassing talent management, performance management, a 360-degree feedback culture, and HR operations
∙ Supported the transition during the IBM acquisition with active project management
∙ Collaborated with the management team to merge IBM and Ustream processes and cultures, creating the new identity and brand of IBM Budapest Lab
∙ Served as a change manager and coach, providing guidance and support to colleagues as the distinct cultures of IBM and Ustream were gradually merging
