Abjadpolis is an innovative educational platform that transforms Arabic language learning into an engaging adventure. Through interactive gameplay, users enhance their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, immersing themselves in Arab culture and language.

My duties were :
Content Creation: Wrote articles and created educational materials to support Arabic learners in English and Arabic.
Content Strategy: Developed and implemented a social media strategy aligned with Abjadpolis’ mission to make Arabic learning fun and engaging.
Campaign Strategy: Developed and plan media campaigns to promote Abjadpolis, focusing on platforms like Meta, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
Budget Allocation: Allocated budgets for different advertising channels to maximize ROI.
Audience Targeting: Identified and segment target audiences based on user behavior, interests, and demographics.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Conductd keyword research, and tracked SEM results to improve search visibility.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyzed data from campaigns and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities.

CEED is a non-profit international organization that provides training and support to entrepreneurs and executives in emerging markets. 

As a Program Manager, and Tangier's representative, my duties are: 
- Developing and implementing program plans: identifying the program's goals, objectives, and activities, as well as developing a timeline and budget.
- Managing budgets: tracking expenses, ensuring that the program stays on budget, and seeking additional funding if necessary.
- Evaluating program outcomes: collecting data on the program's impact, analyzing the data, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Networking with other program managers and stakeholders: This helps to ensure that the program is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives and that it is effectively communicating with its target audience.
- Representing CEED Morocco at conferences and events: to raise awareness of the organization's work and to build relationships with potential partners.

In addition to these duties, I'm responsible for:

- Providing training and support to entrepreneurs
- Consulting with entrepreneurs
- Networking with entrepreneurs that will help to connect entrepreneurs with potential partners, investors, and customers.

Managed the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation.

This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring the ability to think big while minding all the details;
- Responsible for developing content for foundation and corporate grant applications and online, social media, and print marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Program and Administration Teams to ensure grant compliance and accurate grant reporting and proposal content. 
- Develop high-quality, timely content across media (including website, newsletter, social media, print collateral, and press releases), prioritizing people's voices, and experiences.

Galactech is a multinational, gaming startup. I was responsible of the following tasks;
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for Galactech and for new and existing services

- Collect and develop and produces daily and weekly reports on field project achievements.
- Develop project Social Media Strategy to engage audiences in project activities.
- Analyze responses to social media activities and makes recommendations.
- Monitor program on-line communities and presence.
- Provide publicity and promotional support for special events and community outreach activities using social media networks and tools.

Apart from being a Consultant at USAID, I was the Social Media Consultant for Ma'aan's project that was implemented by FHI360. 
My duties were;
- Training project staff on social media best practices.
- Developing social media toolkits and resources.
- Advising on social media policies and procedures.

Working with UNICEF Innovation Fund. 

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

▪️From a young age, I knew what I wanted: to captivate an audience. I wasn't just the kid hosting game nights for friends and family; I was the mastermind behind the storylines, crafting everything from scratch. 

▫️My marketing adventure began in 2014, with an exciting role as Vice President of Marketing for AIESEC. From there, my journey took me from the bustling streets of Tunis to the sunny shores of Southern Brazil, in Maringá, working with digital agencies as a first step. 

▪️Throughout my travels, I've had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients. My fluency in four languages (English, Portuguese, French, and of course Arabic) has allowed me to bridge cultures and craft effective marketing strategies for a global audience.

▫️Beyond the digital world, I've also lent my storytelling, and communication skills to impactful organizations like UNICEF, FHI360 USAID, and PUI contributing to civic engagement and humanitarian projects.  

▪️The startup scene has always intrigued me, and I had the opportunity to work with a gaming startup in Tunisia. To further explore the world of entrepreneurship, I joined the international organization CEED in Morocco.
