4.	Provide career path coaching and planning to ensure consultant job satisfaction and 
        professional growth within our organization
5.	Gurdian of the consultants
6.	Resolve issue of the consultant regarding payroll,time sheet ,immigration,accounts, onboarding , 
        contracts training and support etc
7.	Taking feedback of the consultants
8.	Well versed known about US tax terms C2C, W2,1099 and different types of visas like F1,OPT 
         ,CPT, H1B,GC, L1,L2,H4EAD, TN,E3
