► Providing regular progress reports and presentations to DHA management, ensuring full project transparency.

► Establishing and maintaining accurate financial accounting systems to ensure data integrity.

Served as Deputy Controller Accounts in a premier yarn manufacturing group of Pakistan comprising eight textile mills and having a group average annual turnover of PKR 3.5 billion. My key achievements and responsibilities included:
► Managed a team of nine accountants overseeing general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation statements.
► Directed the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, delivering trend analysis and reports to senior management.
► Achieved significant departmental improvements, including a 90% reduction in employee turnover, a 30% decrease in downtime through efficient workflow procedures, and an average of 25% decrease in annual audit observations reported by external auditors.
