The very first secondary marketplace for NFT merchandise and accessories. Founded, designed, built, and created a team to see a custom marketplace come to fruition. The marketplace was then abandoned after the Web3 community slowly came to a halt.

Supervise upwards of 8 projects at a time, including single family residential, ADUs, and multi family townhomes. All projects are start to finish and usually consist of a gut remodel and addition.
Designed parts of homes including kitchens, bathrooms, and landscaping. Managed bids and estimates from sub contractors and schedules as needed.
