I am an ambitious, self-motivated individual and a quick learner who is a good team player with good interpersonal, writing, communication and presenting skills. Experience in managing the entire recruitment life cycle, understanding stakeholder requirements, and building a robust pipeline of technical talent. Proficient in using application tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Rozee to manage recruitment needs. I have experience in administering the hiring and offboarding process of new employees and ensuring all employees comply with HR policies. Also responsible for payment processing by calculating employee salaries and keeping payroll records. Collaborating with HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and recruiting activities. Before starting my professional experience pursuing my educational degree, I was focused on my ultimate passion of playing sports, basketball, and football. I have been fortunate enough to be part of the biggest tournaments in Pakistan i.e. National Championships along with playing for multiple teams. Things I learned through sports helped shape my leadership skills, team work and stress handling which I have fully utilized in my professional experience as well. I am a team player and a problem solver. With my focus on constant improvement and learning, I was able to get a title bump soon after my first professional employment.
