The On Purpose Associate Programme is a 1 year leadership programme for mid level professionals aiming to transition into the social and environmental impact sectors. It comprises two 6-month paid placements in purpose-driven organisations, weekly training sessions in impact and leadership and intensive one-to-one support.

South Kilburn Trust

Social enterprise established to tackle community needs in South Kilburn whilst generating revenue through workspace and venue hire. Heavily involved in building a business plan, working closely with the CEO and regularly reporting into the board of trustees. Main activities included strategy formulation, budgeting and scenario planning. Other responsibilities involved product development, marketing and Covid19 response.

iwoca

Product manager for the risk and analytics team, responsible for improving iwoca's lending scorecards and streamlining operations across three country markets. Key priorities were enabling scale, optimising value and ensuring effective product development.

Key personal responsibilities:
- Managing strategies and roadmaps for multiple teams.
- Prioritising and managing the teams' workstreams.
- Ensuring effective agile project delivery.
- Collaborating with and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders, including the CEO and C-Suite staff.

Product Manager

Key member of the credit analyst team, responsible for reviewing and assessing risk on individual applications for credit. Heavily involved in the interviewing, hiring and training new staff as well as assessing performance of the team. Primary lead in several projects focused on process improvements within the team and wider operations.
