- Oversight and administration of "Influtitive", Elastic's advocacy tech platform, to support advocate identification and engagement of customer advocates.

- Develop and produce a variety of marketing materials, such as emails, case studies, and product-led editorial content framed around Uizard’s core Buyer Personas.
- Develop user research initiatives alongside the Head of Product Marketing to gather insights on customer needs and pain points, aiding in the refinement of Buyer Personas.
- Work with the Head of Product Marketing and the sales team to identify and engage key customers for testimonials, case studies, and other forms of social proof (and support on creation of this content).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and experience.
