Our focus is to increase the volume of the client’s email database through highly segmented (geo-demographics y behavioral) emailing campaigns. Some of our big accounts are Nestle, Spanair, Air France, Groupon, L´Oreal. My main responsibilities are:
•	Manage the Publishing team – our internal network of sites and user databases: avenidaoutlet.com, cluboferting.com, traveliu.com.
•	Plan and monitor the execution of emailing campaigns sent on internal Emailing Network’s supports 
•	Test and improve our newsletter programs: from optimizing creativity, landing, frequency to better segmentation, data mining and email solution providers platform’s changes. 
•	Developed a MegaDB with geo-demographic, behavioral and specific segmentation information of +50 millions. 
•	Research and implement effective lead generation methods outside of the agency´s specialization, such as Google Adwords, Affiliate Networks and partnerships with other Agencies.

	Britcom Grup a british company that owns and operates a 5000 sqm authorized remanufacturing plant, ISO 9001/ISO14001 certified, in Bucharest. Sales and Marketing department includes: an aquisitions unit, an international wholesale & export division and 2 online stores www.choicebrand.co.uk and www.choicebrand.ro. Britcom is an authorized remanufacturer / refurbisher and reseller for Kenwood, Delonghi, Morphy-Richards, Philips, Panasonic and Groupe Seb (Tefal, Rowenta, Moulinex, Krups). 
•	I managed the local online store www.electrobazar.ro which I have fixed, improved and rebranded into www.choicebrand.ro obtaining an increase of traffic to 80.000 visitors per month and an increase of sales of 25%, December 08 vs December 09. I worked closely with a team of PHP programmers and Google Adwords specialist.
•	I have opened a store in Bucharest establishing a plan of developing a network of stores. 
•	Upgraded the corporate website www.britcomdirect.com to a wholesale store.
•	Implemented a CRM software: Salesforce Enterprise.
•	Carried budget and P&L responsibility. Analyzed and improved ROI on all marketing activities: TV, outodoor, online, in-store. Updated and implemented the Marketing plan both for online and retail sales development.

Twister is the franchises network of specialized retail channel of the main IT distributor in Romania – Tornado Systems. My main duty was to develop a marketing plan for all 40 franchised partners, that will work both locally and nationally. 
•	established connections with the main vendors in our merchandise portfolio – Intel, HP, Microsoft, IBM-Lenovo, Kingston, Asus, Acer in order to obtain 30% of marketing budget. 
•	reconciled partners demands of marketing actions with the actual materials and promotions in order to obtain 35% of marketing budget 
•	implemented several online campaigns and designed and distributed a pack of offline materials.
