++ Accounting Duties and Responsibilities:

++ HR Duties and Responsibilities:
‑ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR section.
‑ Develop, review, and update the human resource and administrative policies and procedures and ensure they are effective, efficient, fair, and transparent, promote equal opportunities, and are in compliance with Turkish labor laws.
‑ Assess staffing needs as required and ensure that HR Identify and recruit new and replacement staff including scheduling of contract extensions, new contracts, and necessary terminations.
‑ Manage the assessment of training and development needs for staff, develop training plans, and ensure that it is resourced for and implemented.
‑ Manage the legal status of the organization.

Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
‑ Participate in re-structure the organization. Then update the JDs for all positions accordingly.
‑ Facilitating human resources processes.
‑ Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services.
‑ Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions.
‑ Assisting with the performance review processes.
‑ Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.

‑ Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
‑ Develop capacities-building programs.

‑ Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

‑ Prepare the launching of the employee performance evaluation cycles including the appraisal system as per the related procedure.
‑ Initiate and follow up the employee performance evaluations including probation period, internal transfer/reclassification, promotion trial period, and rotation evaluations.
