- Collaborate with the Client Experience team to understand new clients' business goals and translate them into effective PPC and/or Paid Social strategies.

- Ensure the successful and timely completion of the onboarding process for each client, managing a diverse portfolio of onboarding projects.

- Continuously identify and drive efficiency in the onboarding process by developing best practices and process improvements.

- Develop and execute strategies, including campaign build-out and conversion tracking implementation, for new clients as they are onboarded. Leveraging up tools as Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel,and others.

Paid Ads Onboarding Strategist

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of up to 35 clients with up to $125k in monthly ad spend. 

- Proficiently and effectively managed Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns, mainly focused on lead generation, across multiple industries in the United States, Canada, and other prominent markets.

- Optimize campaigns on a weekly basis, ensuring maximum ROAS.

- Provide comprehensive monthly reports on account performance, delivering key insights and actionable recommendations.

- Implement conversion tracking and troubleshooting. Leveraging up tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and others.

- Execute campaign buildouts and effectively implement take over strategies for enhanced performance.

- Conduct thorough research to identify areas of opportunity, devising strategies to scale campaigns and achieve targeted goals.
