Many issues can be solved through excellent customer service. I am a customer-focused professional who is successful at enabling the achievement of long-term business growth through comprehensive customer experience and quality management. I have built a track record for exceeding customer expectations on a consistent basis. and building exceptional teams dedicated to driving customer success and delivering outstanding business results. Over the past decade, I was responsible for world class customer service to customers. Leadership team with information, reporting and support to ensure operational shared service functions are appropriately managed. Here are some of my accomplishments: 🔹️Submitted a comprehensive report on the various problems faced our customers in the 33 branches of Alromansiah Company. I have identified several key issues that need to be addressed in order to improve overall customer satisfaction. I provided appropriate solutions for it. 🔹️Created over 5,000 positive reviews for the company by providing excellent customer service. 🔹️Reduced customer waiting times by 43% by recruiting new customer service staff. 🔹️Contributed to a 43% reduction in customer complaints by providing excellent customer service. When I'm not at working or about social life, I ‘m at home listening to my favorite's pianists "Lang Lang" or "Yanni" or reading a poetry. 🎻Listening to music helps produce a hormone of happiness. This underscores my vision of life; Whenever you are loyal to your business, you are able to touch your customers' feelings. That motivates me to deal more effectively with my clients. 🌟 Customers buy what they feel, not what they need. 📖 Reading poetry helps to feel empathy for others by discovering their feelings and developing creative abilities in finding solutions to problems.
