I’m an Empowerment Coach, currently studying to become a Nutritionist. People, health and healing are definitely my key passions in life. Empowering others is my ‘Why’ for life. I have a passion to help others to believe in themselves, be optimally healthy and be motivated for success. The journey more often than not involves healing and gut health, our ‘internal decision centre’. I believe in strong, integral and empowering leadership and equip others with skills in creating respectful safe team cultures that thrive. Changing how you think, your lifestyle and how you operate definitely requires positive action and a mindset shift. Mentoring, inspiring and encouraging people to gain the changes they seek is so worthwhile and brings life changing results. With a strong passion for Personal Development, I work towards creating lifestyle balance, healing and a positive outlook in life. I assist and inspire my clients to maintain a positive mindset, incorporate healing by adopting healthy choices by developing themselves in Motivational Self Development and using techniques of Success Coaching. It’s all about behavioral growth, your mindset, accountability and action. What brought me here? Well for one, I’d definitely say God. Life’s certainly a journey of ups and downs. Secondly, after many years in Management and leadership within the health industry, I found myself burnt out and really disillusioned. I went in search of a new opportunity to refuel my passion for life and people. It’s not an over night fix - nothing is! It’s about an ongoing lifestyle and commitment towards success. I believe clear, honest and positive communication is essential in any working environment. I believe that each and everyone of you has a purpose in life.
