Skoshy

Skoshy has pioneered the concept of 'one-stop-shop' for Web3. As CTO, I led the development of the platform for digital asset transaction chains, from asset sale to acquiring, to currency settlement, including smart contract activation and wallet management.

Responsible for:

- MVP Development: Spearheaded the creation of our first version of the app for proof of concept, building first hand the end-to-end technological foundation using React, Python, and Solidity on AWS Stack with serverless architecture based on microservices.

- Capital Fundraising: Had a key role in pitching the solution to technical investors and advisors, as well as partners and potential customers.

- Engineering, Architecture, and Product Development: Post-funding, I designed the target architecture and managed a specialized outsourced team to deliver our first market-ready product version, which used the same stack as the MVP but was implemented using Vue.js and Node.js, and included several additions for observability, security and reliability.

- Team Building: Interviewed, conducted tests with, and build a cohesive full stack outsourced squad.

I had the privilege of contributing teaching 'HODL' at MIT, a pinnacle Artificial Intelligence program led by the renowned AI expert, Dr. Rama Ramakrishnan. In this course we offered a comprehensive dive into AI, starting with fundamental mathematics and building to practical implementation of world-class Neural Nets, including advanced deep learning architectures. These included Multi-Headed Attention Mechanisms and Large Language Models (LLMs) which are the fundamental technology behind models such as ChatGPT, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Computer Vision, latest in Diffusion models and others. HODL emphasized hands-on, practical application of these cutting-edge AI technologies.

- Operation of software development,
- Project management in the domain of systems integration platforms such as API Gateway, Messaging System, Business Rules and Process Management, Orchestration, etc.

Acted as Key Position, responsible for supporting other Project Managers and Scrum Masters, monitoring performance indicators, conducting continuous improvement through PDCA, managing product's portfolio of the entire tribe and managing large projects, such as Multichannel Business Integration, which had dozens of employees involved to upgrade the company's entire layer of systems integration.

Developed strategic vision in the organization through job rotations, technical and behavioral training - including tech and digital products - and meetings with top tier executives. 

Worked with the project management area, having actively contributed to the transformation of the working model  from waterfall to squad based, by implementing an agile framework and tribe structures, focused on digital products and primarily grounded in principles of Lean Startup, Scrum, SAFe and XP.

Responsible for modelling and developing analytical algorithms to describe the electronical behavior of field effect transistors (FET) with unconventional internal layouts, such as ring-shaped and diamond shaped, when exposed to ionizing radiation.

This project was part of CITAR, which intended to equip brazilian satellites with domestic devices.

Currently supporting the largest bank in South America to rewrite the future of retail banking in the region. Previously I was an MBA candidate specializing in Startups (2x Founder) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at MIT. 

Prior to that, I contributed to Itaú Unibanco's efforts to expand financial inclusion in the Brazilian system by launching and growing its new digital bank, iti.

As a Seasoned Leader, supported the digital transformation of Itaú Unibanco through the delivery of both high end tech platforms and customer centric digital products, implementation of modern agile working models, continuous improvement and lean leadership.
