•	Lead a team of security personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure effective security operations during the events.
•	Supervise CCTV system of more than 2200+ cameras, access control system, fire alarms, elevator management system and other relevant technologies to identify potential security threats and incidents.

•	Collaborate with event organizers and management to develop security plans tailored to each event's specific requirements.

•	Develop and implement emergency response protocols for various scenarios, including medical emergencies, fires, and security threats. 
•	Dispatch/mobilize security response team based on received emergency alert as per established response protocol to ensure minimal impact to the venue operation/business. 
•	Ensure that all security incidents, breaches, and disturbances are promptly reported and documented according to established procedures.
•	Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary.
•	Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence of security issues.

Supervisor, Main Operations Center 

Cleveland Clinic

•  Dispatch/mobilize emergency response team upon receiving emergency calls within the hospital.
•  Activation and operation of Hospital Incident Command Centre in the event of emergency which requires HICS activation.
•   Activation of “Emergency Bridge line” to maintain effective and timely during the emergency. 
•   Escalation of code alert/activation information to relevant stakeholders per specific code Escalation Tree
•   Prepare and share “After Action Report” of activated emergency situation to all stakeholders including higher management.
•   Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual drills and exercises to test the Emergency Operations Plan.
•   Conduct Tabletop exercises of all color codes for continual improvement in effective emergency response to all kind of emergencies.
•    Cascade emergency alert of “DOH Medical Operations Command” both verbally and via email to make relevant team alert for appropriate response.
•    Communicate with external govt authorities (police, civil defense) in the event of emergency (code black, real fire, hostage situation).
•    Communication with Hassantak (Fire Protection System Abu Dhabi) to maintain Fire Life Safety of the organization.
•     Operate and response to all emergency equipment’s/devices installed inside command center to maintain safe and secure environment of hospital.
•    As a certified Helicopter Landing Officer “HLO“ maintain radio communication with airwing authorities (govt & private) for helicopter landing both in medical and non-medical landing to ensure safe helipad operation.
•    Investigate all security and safety related incidents/accidents to determine root and surface causes to share a final report with relevant department.
•    Maintain report of all incidents/emergency situations in Incident Management System to prepare and share weekly and monthly reports to share with department management.
•  Report security and safety accident/incident on organizational RL system.

Command Centre Representative

	Conduct periodic safety and health walk-through inspections of all construction sites and prepared reports detailing the results of each inspection at each site.
