Currently leading a team of approximately 150 talented individuals across various departments, including a dedicated software team, a social media team, and a robust call center department.

Key Accomplishments:

Establishment: Successfully launched and established TicketNetwork's Turkey branch, laying the foundation for a thriving business presence in the region.

Team Building: Spearheaded the recruitment process, personally assembling a high-performing team, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Management: Hold comprehensive responsibility for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Departmental Oversight: Directly oversee the activities of the software team, social media team, and call center department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

This role allows me to blend strategic leadership with hands-on management, navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving industry.

CTBioTech lies under TicketNetwork’s company umbrella and my position at CTBioTech is related with my duties at Infodeal. At Connecticut Biotech, I played a pivotal role as Operations Manager, orchestrating solutions that seamlessly blended science, technology, academia, innovation, and commercial expertise. My responsibilities range from diverse functions, from managing online marketplace listings to overseeing customer relations and streamlining import-export processes for efficient global trade.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

Marketplace Management: Spearheaded the comprehensive management of listings on major marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Sears, optimizing product visibility and sales.

Customer Relations Leadership: Led the customer relations team, ensuring a customer-centric approach and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Logistics and Documentation: Expertly handled the preparation of documents and forms for the smooth movement of goods through import and export steps, meticulously reviewing paperwork to guarantee accurate billing for shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees.

As part of a strategic move to expand our global footprint, I transitioned to spearheading the establishment of Infodeal. This initiative involved deploying a team of skilled professionals from the existing workforce, ensuring a seamless transfer of knowledge and expertise.

Policy Implementation: Played a crucial role in implementing and enforcing company policies, ensuring adherence across the organization.

Delegation and Oversight: Effectively delegated duties within the business, ensuring that responsibilities were assigned to the appropriate individuals, fostering efficiency and accountability.
