As an ML Engineering Manager at Weights & Biases, I lead a team of talented machine learning engineers supporting folks from leading ML companies to develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions. I am passionate about solving complex and messy problems using AI and making a meaningful contribution to teams and organizations in a rapidly changing world. I have a decade of experience in managing teams, supporting ideation, qualitative research, and influencing stakeholders across different domains and sectors. I hold an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Stirling, where I received a research dissertation prize for my work on vision transformers, and a DataLab scholarship.
