Served as Chief Information Officer for Ferrovial Services, Ferrovial’s international expansion platform, with $1.5 billion in annual revenue. The platform operated in the US, Canada, Chile, Portugal, and Australia, and provided services to the Oil&Gas, Transportation Infrastructure, Waste and Facilities Management industries

The New Terminal One at JFK

Being Ferrovial the major stakeholder, I acted as interim CIO and Chief Advisor for the New Terminal One at JFK Airport in New York. This $9.5 billion world-class terminal, opening in 2026, will be the largest passenger terminal and P3 project in the US.

NTO will set a new standard for design and service and aspires to obtain a global Top 5 Skytrax rating as one of the finest ten airport terminals in the world.

Chief Information Officer

Abengoa

Oversaw Information Technology for the Energy (Gas, Biomass, Solar, Thermal), Construction, and Water divisions in USA, Canada, Mexico, and Chile. Managed some largest Solar plants worldwide, such us Solana ($2 billion) in Arizona, Mojave ($1.6 billion) in California, and a $1.2 billion plant in Chile. Abengoa’s annual revenue was $7 billion at that time

My Key Accomplishments here include:
☑  Developed strategy and vision for the global IT area ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
☑  Supported corporate in-house applications, as well as ERP, CRM & DMS systems.
☑  Slashed Infrastructure costs by $200k migrating to the cloud and vendor agreements.

☑  Implemented new corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ for for 400 employees 
☑  Completed 30+ infrastructure and mobilization projects, including Solar, Biomass, and Gas plants
☑  Migrated to the Cloud (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, AWS, etc.).
☑  Developed mobile and SaaS applications.

JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Served as the country head of Information Technology at JP Morgan's world-renowned Call Center/BPO division, which had 100+ worldwide locations, 50k+ employees, and $2.5B+ in revenue. The subsidiary was later sold to Alorica.

My Key Accomplishments here include:
☑  Built the local IT Department from scratch to support 1,000+ users
☑  Deployed new HQ office infrastructure and datacenter (Go Live of all IT services)

Led & coached a diverse team of 40+ professionals providing Tier 1 & 2 Service Desk Support in 10 LATAM countries with P&L responsibility.

☑  Completed several integration projects across LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru & Uruguay)
☑  Boosted percentage & quality of Service Desk tickets within Service Level Agreement (SLA), from 60% to a consistent 95% by implementing ITIL
