I'm a math landslide! But I'm crazy about numbers. Since data has become so important to doing business I have been even more drawn to it. I didn't start from numbers, I got there. In 2004 I went to work in Gray Rome, one of the most important international communication agencies. ENI and Nokia as first customers, many sleepless nights and then in 2005 I arrived at the main office in Milan. I work with many different clients: Banca Intesa, P&G, Seat Automobili, Moto Guzzi, Emirates, Ministry of Cultural Heritage. In 2007, I left Gray and founded my first marketing company with a partner. Duration one year. In 2008, the following year I founded my own: HCO. The year of the Crisis. After 12 years we are still here. Although very different. In 2013 I founded a company with other partners that created an event for 250k people: the Great Arrival of the Giro d'Italia. In 2015 I created a partnership with a start Up committed to promoting all family friendly realities: Kid Pass. We organize a family event of 5k people in a single day. We work on many interesting projects with: Acqua Paradiso, Giro d'Italia, Universo Sport, Grandi Riso, Amica chips, Keys, Italian Volleyball League, Fastweb, Barclays, A2A, Inglesina, Fruittella, FIAT, Poste Italiane, Maxi Zoo, Conbipel, Trony, Takko, Ikea Center, Generali Assicurazioni, Unipol Sai, Medtronic, Olympus, Lombardy Region. In these years, together with one of my partners, I started building the Public Affairs structure, thanks to the relationships built during the work of the previous years. In 2017 I created UN1T a special unit, an ecosystem of professionals and companies specialized vertically in services for companies: marketing, public affairs, architecture and fittings, human resources and funded training. Since 2018 I have been fundraising manager of the Lombardy Committee of the Susan G. Komen Italia association, the largest international association involved in the fight against breast cancer. In 2 years we have raised over € 260k. Since 2019 I have been a partner of 7hype, a company specializing in marketing automation projects.
