Service Delivery Supervisor

- Developing and managing service requests to address customer needs promptly.
- Maintaining detailed documentation for all service activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serving as the key liaison, facilitating communication and problem-solving between customers and technical staff.
- Managing the logistics of spare parts inventory to support ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Overseeing Service Level Agreements to ensure all services met or exceeded contractual obligations.

Service Coordinator

-Attend all service calls assigned by service supervisor
-Install/Maintenance/Repair Navigation system electronics and communication(particulary JRC brand, Furuno, etc)
-Overhaul Gyro Compass(Yokogawa)(CMZ-300, 500, 700 series)
-Conduct Radio Survey for Class Surveyors(NK, ABS, GL, etc)
-Conduct training for Electronic Chart(ECDIS) for JRC models
