Partnership Manager

L2 Customer Success Manager

Reviewing customers assigned to you including their usage, adoption, activity and company-specific information to perform introductory outreach and engage customers throughout the onboarding period to ensure they’re on track with set up. 
Conducting kickoff calls to understand new customer’s goals with Databox and introducing them to the software. 
Building metrics and dashboards for customers based on their technical setup needs as determined during training calls or as part of paid services. 
Developing documented plans for customers who are finishing onboarding including what they have left to set up and assistance they can receive from their Customer Success Manager or paid services. 
Collaborating with our Support, Account Management and Sales Teams to facilitate effective hand-offs and positive customer experiences.

Customer Onboarding Consultant

Providing timely, accurate, and valuable support through chat and email to thousands of Databox users. 
Building dashboards and setting up additional features to help customers expand usage and adoption.
Monitor our unassigned queues in chat and email to provide fast responsiveness.
Referring customers with our Onboarding and Account Management teams for additional assistance.
Collaborate with our Technical Support team to investigate and resolve complex support cases.
Provide insights and feedback to cross-functional teams and inform the development of new programs and initiatives.

Customer Support Specialist

Gathering critical System/Customer data for Problem Investigation and Incident Management. Participating in requirements gathering process and user testing.
Analysing POS, Server and Cloud data and liaising with developers and other software/product support teams to restore service and resolve issues.

As a Partnership Manager at Databox, I help create strategic partnerships between marketing agencies and Databox to drive growth through co-marketing campaigns. I have successfully launched and managed multiple co-marketing initiatives, resulting in increased leads, conversions, and revenue for both parties.
