During my internship, I was able to further develop my skills in e-commerce. I worked with copywriting, building stores in Shopify, editing advert videos for META and TikTok, and creating content for websites. I was also responsible for bringing in UGC content, as well as content from Influencers for one of the company's brands.

In my position, I worked as a Sales Development Representative at the UK based company EngageTech. I was responsible for the first part of the sales cycle, and my main task was booking meetings with relevant companies for my client. EngageTech target large Tech companies and in my role I developed skills in sales, and broaden my knowledge of IT solutions. In my role, it was also of great importance to build a good relationship with my client, both through regular updates and scheduled weekly meetings where we went through pipeline and feedback from completed meetings. The role required a great deal of personal responsibility over my time and also a great deal of commitment to both my own and the company's development.

My position as Deputy Store Manager included helping the store manager with administrative responsibilities, accounting and personnel issues. I was also responsible for the dairy section. 

Being in charge of the dairy section included;
-	Product ordering 
-	Ongoing conversations with different salesmen
-	Product displays and advertising 
-	Working with our budget and do follow-ups

I worked at Coop Vällingby year 2016 – 2020. I started as a cashier and was eventually placed in the position of Night Store Manager.

As Night Store Manager, I was responsible for the overall running of Coop Vällingby including:
-	Customer service and dispute resolution
-	Equipment and machinery maintenance, faults, servicing and repairs
-	Insuring the Coop’s policies and procedures are upheld and maintained at all times’
-	Tasks delegation to other members of staff
-	Sole person responsible for cash handling and cash reconciliation
-	Ensuring that all closing procedures have been carried out in accordance to correct procedures and full closure of the store

Butiksjour/Kvällsansvarig

Since I graduated high school I have travelled by myself to New Zeeland, studied Political Science, as well as working as both a Night Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager at Coop. 

Since then I have worked within Sales, both as an international SDR and as a Sales Representative.

As an addition I have a huge interest for health! I am a certified nutritionist and coach people to eat food that both taste good and make you feel great :)
