•	Introduced the Customer Success Program to US customers.

•	Built and managed the Customer Success team of 10—a cross-functional group of CSMs and technical support. Hired team members, instituted key performance indicators, and devised new employee training plans.

•	Held a portfolio of 55 North American and global enterprises for SMB customers with a revenue of $5.5 M, including Fortune 500 in the pharmaceutical, retail, public utility, manufacturing, and media industries. Salesforce utilized as a customer success management tool.

•	Increased Annual Recurring Revenue by +$1.1M by independently mining and closing, virtually, the largest digital deal, taking a Fortune 500 customer from single region use to national roll-out. 

•	Spearheaded the creation of the formal onboarding process and facilitated the engagement and collaboration with all dynamic cross-functional team leadership to ensure changes aligned with compliance were feasible, reasonable, and scalable. I then rolled out the process.

•	Awarded Customer Success Manager of the Year- Digital.
