After years of being chained to a laptop, I embarked on a freelance career, working with a broad range of clients across industry sectors. Not only have I deployed efficient organizational practices and marketing strategies for clients such as Panasonic, Applebee's, TRIA, and MRM McCann, I've conducted market research and developed brand strategy, messaging and customer segmentation studies for IHOP, Gene Juarez Salon & Spas, FREDDY, Northwestern Mutual, Truebill, and The National Board of Medical Examiners. Now, I’ve found my passion in building brands for customers who demand we be better humans, using NLP, data-driven ethnographic studies, segmentation and other awesome tools. I’ve guided banks to CPG companies using a bespoke model, which has become my superpower. When I'm not building brands and restructuring teams, I'm a writer who has published two critically-acclaimed books. In a previous life, I launched a non-profit to aid economically disadvantaged women in Brooklyn (2009), published a critically-acclaimed literary magazine (2002-2007), and owned/operated an online luxury resale company (1999-2000).
