As Finance ERP Support Manager, I ensured business continuity, by providing the technical support needed and by filling in the following responsibilities for the European Credit Network, 70 people in 35 countries.

🔹 Key user AR/Credit modules for Oracle ERP (Cloud, BI, SQL Developer, Hyperion, JD Edwards).
🔹 Key user Credit for MicroFocus COBOL mainframe used for client and order management.
🔹 Key user and SPOC of external ERP (iCare by Intractiv) and financial database provider (Ellipro by Ellisphere).
🔹 Provided end-user support for technical projects and teams, managing tickets through the internal self-service portal, JIRA application, and Agile dashboards.
🔹 Participated in a hackathon to develop RPA automation for Credit order release activities.
🔹 Responsible for Internal Control and administration of ERP user access reviews for the Credit team.
🔹 Acted as Business Analyst for Oracle AR/Credit module implementation in Romania & Balkan countries.

I acted as a Project Manager within the next projects:
🔹 Adapted AR/Credit reporting and activities to the Global Reorganization.
🔹 Ensured Credit application functionality after migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
🔹 Transferred local Credit databases to the cloud and archived data using Microsoft OneDrive.
