1️⃣ What would you do if money/time/experience were not an issue?
What is that thing that makes your heart beat faster?

2️⃣ When have you been the happiest at work?
Look back at your career and find this experience(s) that made you feel good about yourself. What were you doing? What talents were you using?

3️⃣ What do you want to be known for?
It will help you to draw out your values and ambitions.
"I want to be known for being an inspiring manager...for improving things and processes....for defending the ones who need it the most......for saving the planet..."

It's in the answers to these questions that your happy career might lie.
You already have all the answers to your questions.
You just need to take time to find them.
