• The ideation and business design (business, revenue and target operating models) of innovative business services and products (e.g. fintech platforms, e-invoicing solutions, digital dashboards, target reporting and operating models, business process outsourcing).
• Project Management of innovative and digital Tax & Accounting transformation projects: lead projects and coordinate internal and external resources and stakeholders.
• Program management, service management and strategy advisor for Business Process Outsourcing Projects (accounting and payroll).
• Process mapping and process optimization.

•	Identifying business opportunities, establish Marsh's  value proposition  and developing blue ocean strategies.
•	Analyzing operational, business and financial risks of retail, fashion, food&beverage and financial industries.
•	Setting up/identification of insurance and risk management solutions (risk transfering & mitigation).

Project Manager

I worked for two and a half years as a broker for the Risk Management segment providing the best insurance solutions for large corporates; my areas of expertise were Liability and Property insurance.

Main activities and responsibilities:
•     Negotiation of International Liability and Property Insurance Programs with main Insurance Carriers.
•     Risk Assessment and Risk Analysis of Clients’ business and operations.
•     Portfolio Management and Analysis aiming at minimizing Clients’ cost of risk.

International Broker

Interested in the fields of business strategy and business modelling. I’m a team player who enjoy developing and implementing new business ideas from scratch; my passions have led me to co-found 2 startups: L-move.net and Hostmate.it. 

In 2018, I decided to challenge myself with my third master degree, I’m an MBA at Polimi Graduate School of Management (GSOM).

Since January 2022 I'm President of the GSOM Entrepreneurship club.
