As a product manager, I am responsible for the entire experience of Chevrolet's digital solutions products for B2B (Fleet Managers, Rental Companies, and Telematics Companies), building, launching, and scaling disruptive products to redefine the market, putting the customer first.

My role is to be the link between technology, business, and marketing areas, ensuring that all stages of the product lifecycle are well-managed. This includes understanding customer problems, mapping opportunities, reducing risks, and developing high-value solutions. I am responsible for defining pricing strategies, managing P&L, and allocating the promotional budget.

I also lead the creation of value propositions, user stories, and business plans. I coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Among the milestones achieved, I highlight the launch of new API services for fleet companies and the creation of a proprietary telemetry solution for rental companies.

Digital New Business & Partnership Coordinator

I started as an SME (special matter expert) for the launch of new subscription services for General Motors Connected Cars (service called "OnStar") that offers connectivity, security, and diagnostics features for Retail customers of Chevrolet vehicles.
