- Going the extra mile for candidates by listening to their needs and wants, and being transparent with the process steps and what would need improving. Keeping in touch throughout the stages of interviewing even after successfully placing them into a new role, to make sure they are happy and everything is as described. Essentially, providing outstanding service.
- Understanding and navigating through technical programmes such as Cube 19 (KPIs), Linkedin Recruiter (Sourcing), Sourcewhale (Campaign creation/email calendars and schedules), SourceBreaker (Market research and business development), Outlook (Communications and MS Teams video calls), MS Excel (Organising and management of data), MS Word (Job descriptions, candidate CV's with cover notes).
