As an experienced data professional with expertise in both Analytics and Engineering, my tasks include development and management of data structures, as well as data provisioning and self-development of dashboards that provide real insights. My job is to find the best way to generate these business insights from raw data directly or to enable other employees to do it themselves. I am characterized by being open and curious about different approaches during the process and especially enjoy communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders, because I value interpersonal exchange and finding compromises that benefit everyone involved. This is also the reason for my professional commitment as a tutor, mainly in mathematics, computer science and English - because in my opinion, the transfer of knowledge not only benefits the students, but also gives me new skills and perspectives. Furthermore, I am passionate about diversity - because I think that also in professional life, not only diversity in origin, gender and identity, but also diversity of opinion is incredibly important to move forward as a society and economy.
