After Freelancing for four years for NeuroNation I joined the team full time as head of design in 2014. I was responsible for Creative Direction, Art Direction, for Advertising, Print, Web and App. Leading Web and App teams including Product Owner, Developer and QA regarding UI/UX design, Wording and Corporate Identity and Design. Leading and guiding design teams inside the company. When I started to work with the two founders in 2010, I was the first addition to the just founded company. When I left Neuronation in 2016, the team was counting a total of 50 employees. It was great to participate in the growth of a corporate community by shaping the cultural and visual identity. My designs helped the Neuronation App to get into the annual best-of list from Apple in 2014 and of Google in 2015.

Having studied Corporate Design / Corporate Identity and Advertising Design I'm all about brave Identities, interesting Stories and a genuine Authenticity. A yoga teacher training and 15 years of yoga practice have helped me to open my heart, to use my mind and to understand my body. Through traveling I have learned (and I am still learning) different perspectives on life. By that life changes. As simple as that. 

I'm facilitating workshops to align emotion, intelligence and action. And I design experiences and communication to make your culture and brand even stronger.
