Grew revenue threefold in three years as part of Ipnos’ management team (owner of content & marketing) leading to an acquisition by Teladoc (NYSE:TDOC) - the world leader in virtual care
- Managed and mentored a team of 12 specialists in Montreal and over 60 freelancers around the globe
- As part of leadership team: designed the quarterly planning process, and took part in off-sites to define the company's North Star Metric and main KPIs
- Led successful growth AB test experiments aimed at conversion and retention resulting in double digits growth in recurring revenue
- Grew web traffic from 0 to 100k visitors per month through an effective content strategy targeting impactful keywords (100% organically) 
- Successfully rebranded a 10 year old product to make it stand out against competitors(new visual identity, logo, name, positioning, messaging, voice) all done with internal resources without relying on agencies 
 - Negotiated and signed strategic partnerships with leading companies such as Apple, Amazon, Choice Hotels and DAVIDsTea
- Grew BetterSleep’s social following from 0 to 300,000 followers through a robust content strategy, partnerships with top brands in our space and the acquisition of complementary social properties
-Took over the management of the customer success team reducing the average answer time from 8 hours to 1 (without hiring more resources) by instating best practices and optimizing the staff’s schedule
-Recruited a panel of the most respected sleep experts in the world (McGill, Oxford) to improve the product’s quality and credibility

-       Managed a team of 6 employees in Montreal and 15 partners around the globe
-	Added 7 million subscribers to the WatchMojo brand (+32% total subscribers)
-	Helped onboard over 20 international partners
-	Generated over 1,5 billion views on International channels
