I love seeing people at their best. I love seeing people come together in teams and organizations that create magic together. I'm ravenously curious about leadership that brings all of this together. In my life, I've thrown myself into every interesting leadership opportunity I've been able to find, whether it is myself teaching, or working along side a badass leader doing something unbelievable in the world, I've wanted to learn and then teach what I've learned. In the last 28 years, that has been one incredible ride: from supporting Tony Robbins doing his work with the Golden State Warriors and Washington Capitals working with one of the most brilliant minds I know tackling human trafficking from a technology and boots on the ground perspective a super entrepreneur guiding gang leaders on their journey to creating a completely different future for themselves, their families and their community two incredible souls that are changing lives inside prisons and giving inmates a real pathway to transformation, the people I'm inspired by are endless. I've love teaching what I've learned, from doing keynote sessions, leadership talks, facilitating transformational youth leadership programs around the world, teaching and coaching entrepreneurs, business owners, doctors, gang leaders, inmates and young leaders that no matter what has happened in their lives, the opportunity to step up and being their best is just a decision away. And just like everyone else, I've failed in spectacular fashion - from not being the best leader I could have been to some outstanding people in my life to bankrupting a company that I built for 15 years, I certainly do not want to see people make the mistakes that I have made in the past (and the future ones, as well!) that is just part of the fabric of life that makes me who I am today.
