Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led large-scale initiatives focused on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and building cohesive, mission-driven teams. As a people-first leader, I prioritize creating inclusive, high-performing environments that empower staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. My expertise spans community development, operations management, and strategic planning. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and am pursuing a master’s degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, both of which I expect to complete by December 2025. I am also a certified FRA-RA Redevelopment Administrator through the Florida Redevelopment Association and a HUD-certified Housing Counselor. As a lifelong learner, I engage in ongoing professional development to keep my skills in technology and industry trends current.
