Stood up a new operating model and team of 60+ cross-functional experts to support optimizing and growing the Tower telecommunications infrastructure and service business. The Business Performance team was chartered with supporting the Tower COO in establishing and implementing strategies and driving operational excellence through, organizational structure design, appropriate KPIs, planning, business intelligence, team and individual development and transforming processes, data, and technology.

Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•	Lead the formulation of a three-year cost reduction plan adopting a generalist model to achieve an additional annual cost savings of $4M.

•	Served on a 6-person committee over the course of 18 months that establish the organization’s first ever strategic priorities among all 60+ VPs. The group also established the organization’s first-ever enterprise-wide 3-year transformational roadmap in support of the strategic priorities.

•	Served on a Ways of Working Committee comprised of 7 members from across the enterprise to establish guidelines for operating in a hybrid model post-COVID and set up guidance for managing employee requests for exceptions for 60+ VPs.

•	Secured EMT (Executive Management Team) approval for a multi-year transformational program to address poor data quality within Tower and ultimately transform and automate many of the Tower Order processes.

•	Established first-ever operational controls and data governance functions within the Tower organization to mitigate risk and support data-related efforts for transformational programs establishing 33 documented controls and establishing clear data decision rights for four departments.

•	Created and utilized key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively gauge and improve the performance of projects and the efficiency of customer order processing by standardizing the measure of five key customer deliverables and reducing time to contract by 27%.

VP of Business Performance, Tower

Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•	Managed the allocation of resources, overseeing an annual repair and maintenance budget of $8.8M and orchestrating an annual sustaining capital expenditure budget of $5.8M.

•	Responsible for the execution of the customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle from sales order to on-air, surpassing the service revenue budget of $150M by 23% in 2019.

Regional VP of Tower

Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
- Collaborated with District Managers and the Sales team to engage local customers and secure nine (9) service contracts worth an incremental $16M.

•	Surpassed the yearly service revenue target, exceeding targets of approximately $135M by 9%.

Regional Director of District Operations

Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•  Drove property management functions across a portfolio of over 7,500 assets by supervising a team of 60+ real estate specialists and six (6) managers.

•  Supported the pre-construction service business for the Eastern region by managing the production of zoning & permitting drawings and filing applications, contributing approximately $10M annually to the region’s service target.
