•	VP sponsor for three-phase transformational program to automate drone data intake and update data records of installed equipment to identify available marketable space and streamline customer order process.
•	Successfully launched the first data governance function and structure within the operations organization.
•	Guided team to achieve the top scores across all five metrics in the 2023 employee survey, surpassing not only the Tower organization but also exceeding companywide average scores.
•	Served on Enterprise Planning Group and Ways of Working Committees, establishing two clear strategic priorities for the organization and establishing guidelines for operating in a hybrid model post-COVID for the organization.

Promoted to oversee a team of 200+ across all operational departments, delivering new revenue from permitting and construction services and field teams responsible for maintaining / upgrading existing infrastructure. P&L oversight of $150M of service revenue, $8.8M of repair and maintenance, and $5.8M of sustaining capital.
