Operation Manager

Design and implementation of the organizational structure of Logistics and Distribution at 6 production centers, to complement and strengthen the supply chain. Reduction loss of finished goods inventory by 75%. Increased reliability above 95% of the inventory records of finished goods, raw materials and returnable packaging. Development and implementation of KPI's. Assistance and support to the Supply Chain National Direction in projects and special assignments for capturing value opportunities.

Planning and Logistics Manager

Design, organization and stabilizing of the Customers’ Service National Management, reporting to the Supply Chain National Director. Process definition and standardization which maintain a 99% level of service. Restructuring of sales and delivery zones according to new structure.  Policy design and implementation of norms. Control and reduction of stock losses in more than 80% per year. Supervision of 4 regional managers, 28 agencies and warehouses, with direct personnel of 1,500 and indirect personnel of 1,000 and a distribution fleet of 1,200 vehicles.  Reduction of operational costs of approximately 10% per year. Design and implementation of management indicators (KPI’s).

Customers´ Service Country Manager

Reorganization and stabilizing of the maintenance management of a distribution and support fleet of approximately 2,000 vehicles.  Redefinition and standardization of polices and norms. Reduction of maintenance costs in 5% approximately per year, through contract negotiations with domestic suppliers of services and supplies. Implementation of a budget control and execution system. Supervision over 2 regional mangers and 12 maintenance planners. Design and implementation of management indicators (KPI’s).

Fleet Maintenance Manager

Responsible for the operation of the beer yeast extract production and export. Development of drying project in spray-dryer. Maintenance and improvement of the QA system. Implementation of the HACCP and HSE systems. Plant closure, including process of determining and discharging the financial obligations of the business in preparation for its closure, conversion of assets into cash, as well as legal procedures, according to shareholder’s decision.
