I am passionate about public speaking,market research, coaching and teaching. I love to give a speech that will lead my audience to a positive change and will stick on their minds forever. I place myself in my client's position, making it my mission to provide them with qualified and individualized solutions that work and I manage challenges with ease. At university, work or outside, the human brain, the customer behavior, and the market research courses are fascinating subjects to study. They give me an extra motivation to succeed and reach targets. They have helped me to read body language and eye movements to understand people. Hence, the result is receiving special recommendations or awards from clients or organizations in leadership and management, marketing, customer service, and accounting. Having studied, worked and volunteered in different countries has made me a highly adaptable, independent and culturally sensitive problem-solver. I enjoy working in teams and excel at building professional relationships with clients. This is why I graduated with Diploma in Human Resources Management from Concordia University. I also hold a Diploma in Management: International Business, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing (McGill University) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. My work experience is varied as are my skills. I have developed an expertise in marketing, human resources, and international business. In 2020, I gained my Certificate in Management and Administration (CMP) from Chartered Managers Canada.
