Yepic AI 

A Generative AI seed startup offering AI avatar creation, text-to-video and real-time dubbing via its studio and API. Fergie was responsible for the commercialisation of Yepic AI’s patent pending neural network. In just over a year Fergie achieved £200k in contracted sales, developed a pipeline of £3.5M ARR from scratch and brought in £500k investment.

*) Operational management of 20+ portfolio startups and applied research projects each year

Fergie worked as part of the leadership group to realise the transformation from seed to growth stage before leading the Smart Cities & Transport strategic focus area from the UK.
