My journey at GoSkills began by leading the company’s social media presence and online community. Over the past two years, I’ve:

• Achieved a 756% YoY audience growth across channels.
• Boosted engagement rates by 64% and drove the creation of new accounts and leads.
• Spearheaded the launch of the L&D Explorers podcast.

I also undertook exciting copywriting projects. Here are a few I’m particularly proud of:

• Developed case studies from scratch, one of which was published in the International Journal of Advanced Corporate Learning (iJAC).
• Authored award entries that earned accolades at the Reimagine Education and Brandon Hall Group’s Excellence in Technology Awards.
• Managed the company’s profile on top software review sites like G2, securing industry-leading badges and rankings.

These experiences haven’t just boosted my digital marketing career—they’ve also sparked a genuine interest for SaaS copywriting. Plus, working with a talented, multicultural team has leveled up my communication, time management, collaboration, and problem-solving game.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Boosting my food venture’s online presence inspired me to share my expertise. Over the next two years, I helped over 120 Latin American businesses drive sales growth and strong brand recognition.

Two achievements I cherish are:

• Growing an engaged community of over 100,000 followers for a teacher’s brand within a year.
• Skyrocketing sales for two fashion brands by increasing their Instagram following to 10,000 in less than three months.

Building my personal brand was a great way to get my feet wet with content marketing. I developed guides, checklists, case studies, and delivered online courses and workshops that:

• Generated over 300 qualified leads.
• Attracted more than 80 loyal consultancy clients.

A project with a healthcare SaaS company in Chile ultimately launched me into my next adventure: SaaS marketing.

Banana's Crunch

Banana's Crunch was born from a shared dream with my mom to create a unique banana dessert brand. With my internship savings, we bought a food cart and began an exciting journey that led to:

• Two brick-and-mortar stores.
• A community of over 10,000 followers and loyal customers.
• A solid brand that doubled profits during the pandemic and joined the ranks of the top food brands in the city.

Banana's Crunch was the cornerstone of my career transition into SaaS content marketing and empowered me with invaluable entrepreneurial and marketing skills.

Incalpaca TPX

Incalpaca TPX is one of the two biggest alpaca textile groups in Peru. 

• Accelerated the launch of a fashion e-commerce site by creating and running Excel macros to automate data entry. 

• Wrote the standard operating procedures for areas such logistics, product development and marketing. Spoke to employees at various levels to gather primary data; and used Visio to create effective data visualizations, which were used in the company’s operations manual.

• Designed a market research project that justified increase in prices of two products –by 9% and 59%, respectively. Surveyed local and foreign customers.

Marketing Intern

Michell Y Cia. S.A.

Michell Y Cia. is one of the two biggest alpaca textile groups in Peru. 

• Assessed risks at different workplaces and coordinated the design of risk maps with an external provider.
• Assisted the area manager with payroll duties and recruiting processes.

Human Resources Intern

Many would consider my journey unconventional. After five years as a business owner, I transitioned to a full-time employee. This shift not only helped me build a unique skill set but also embrace a growth mindset.

Founding my first venture right after graduating from university deepened my passion for crafting authentic, result-driven social media strategies. To share my expertise, I developed a personal brand as a digital marketing consultant, helping over 120 Latin American entrepreneurs strengthen their online presence and boost engagement.

I then brought my skills into the SaaS realm, joining a leading e-learning company. Here, my love for copywriting flourished as I discovered the power of words not only to sell but also to help software companies make a meaningful and positive difference in people’s lives.

Moreover, working with a talented multicultural team in a language that isn’t my native one has pushed me out of my comfort zone, strengthened my discipline, and inspired me to seek more opportunities to help others write their own success stories.
