In my most recent role as Director of Strategic Accounts, I managed key enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships and providing recommendations to improve results. I also managed a team of LATAM campaign managers, project coordinators, supervisors and SDRs. As a LATAM Account Manager, I was responsible for client acquisition, retention, renewal and growth, as well as monitoring and overseeing lead generation campaigns. As a Client Success Manager, I developed client relationships, managed lead generation campaigns, monitored agent performance, and tracked leads through the sales funnel. In all roles, I collaborated with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

As General Manager at Libertygreen, an innovative and groundbreaking vegan restaurant in Portugal, I was responsible for setting up the business, developing the market and overseeing day-to-day operations.
