•Accelerated solar market insight and project specific leads through development of in-depth policy/legislative analysis for 4 key regions (Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Midwest, Southeast) while supporting communication efforts between internal business development, legal, and finance departments and external government entities.
•Monitored and reported policy and programs on federal climate legislation and state mandated solar initiatives (i.e. Community Solar, Interconnection, Renewable Energy Portfolio Standards) in key regions

As an intern in the Access Management Department, I spearheaded a performance improvement project on patient experience. Healthcare is an essential service for all and patients' have pre-meditated perceptions in what an ideal hospital experience encompasses. RWJ is a leading level 1 trauma center in New Jersey and I was motivated to evaluate patient experience from the role of healthcare workers to provide life/saving services every day. This project will show patient experience through the patient perspective. In this project I:


• Assessed the level of patient experience in multiple outpatient departments    
• Identified key drivers of a quality patient experience through an observational study and patient score  reports
• Recommended policy and key drivers that will improve patient experience

As an intern for the Governor's Office, I gained firsthand experience on the administrative duties that the state government is in charge of performing. This experience allowed me to get in touch with communities and municipalities throughout the state of New Jersey by offering assistance as a point of contact for the governor. During this internship I:

• Provided research on current state and legal policies as an aide to the Governor					      
• Drafted and certified over 200 constituent letters through clear written communication that addresses government and political issues 
• Oversaw and handled Governor’s reading files by level of importance and classification
• Spearheaded and presented a project that outlined all departments within the Governor’s Office in order to reduce the process of communication between departments
