Current plans: Studying about the supply chain industry via a specialist diploma in supply chain management with Nanyang Polytechnic. I also underwent training in Data Analysis (Pivot table, Vlookup, and basics of Power BI in Nov 2024. My almost 20-year career is unique, diversified, and enriching. My footprints can be found in the civil service, shipyard, insurance sales, ground handling, security and recruitment industries. I gained valuable insights and skills in operations planning, human-centered design, customer relationship management, and market research. I am passionate about learning new things, solving problems, and making a positive impact. I have also completed a professional certificate in digital transformation and change management by BCG and I am looking to pivot into the supply chain industry, where I can leverage my expertise and experience to drive innovation and growth.
