- Analyzing customer data
- Analyzing AML risk associated with the client

Business Compliance Analyst

- Keeping track of the findings. Monitoring client’s portfolio on the internet 
- Researching who is behind the image theft
- Assisting in securing and building the case against copyright infringers
- Being responsible for managing the negotiation process with the opposing side
- Preparing documents for the lawyers regarding the cases

- Producing high quality CDD (Customer Due Diligence) profiles for various clients (multinational corporations, foreign financial institutions) in compliance with HSBC Group policies and financial regulatory bodies (OCC, FCA) requirements
- Performing research via internal and external sources, gathering and analyzing documentation in accordance with regulatory KYC requirements
- Ensuring KYC due diligence reviews are undertaken to the required quality and detail on a timely basis
- Analyzing AML risk associated with the client
- Preparing reports and escalating identified issues to Compliance team including sanctions exposure investigation
- Working effectively with key stakeholders, supporting Team Leader and pQC in day to day duties
